Mr. John P Yiampoi is an Assistant Director Human Resource Management and Development with experience in the public sector Administration, Environments. He has experience of institutional and organization development, capacity development, organizational reviews, development and implementation of organization structures, systems and procedures and staffing. Specific skills include: Manpower and Staffing Planning, Performance Management, Human resources planning, development and management and organizational re-structuring. Provide for appropriate career building and profession development activities to ensure growth for all employees for future opportunities for the staff through skills inventory and training plans.

He is experienced recruiter having taken part in recruitment, Promotion and secretariat for the Ministerial Human Resource Management Advisory Committee. The committee give guidance on day to day operation of the Human resource function in the State Department. Preparation of MTEF Budget and also have been A Personal Assistant to the Principal Secretary In Two different Ministry’s; State Department of Devolution and State Department of East African Affairs

He is currently serving as a representative of PS, State Department for University Education and Research, Ministry of Education to Kaimosi Friends University  Council.

He holds  a Bachelor of Business Administration from Periyar University, India,  Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management,the Kenya Institute of Management,a first Strategic Maritime Security and Blue Economy Course, International Peace Support Training Center and a Senior Management Course (SMC),Kenya School of Government (KSG)
