I am a Critical Care Nurse Specialist with expertise in both adults and paediatrics critical care and nephrology nursing with twelve years’ progressive experience in Nursing Practice education and consultancy in matters related to Critical Care nursing Programs ranging from training of nurses, mentoring and research. I have three years University teaching experience where I have taught in Masinde Muliro University and currently at Kaimosi Friends University. I have presented papers in conferences and published in peer reviewed journals. I easily adapt to new environments and I am a great team player able to engender positive team dynamics for both staff and target communities. I have unmatched professional level experience in Critical care nursing training, practice, project management, and Research. With my great multitasking skills, I was able to set up ICUs in Kakamega county hospital, trained and mentored a team of more than thirty nurses in critical care nursing during the COVID 19 pandemic period which greatly improved the outcomes of the patients admitted in the unit. I also serve as the leader of CHRISCO Fellowship Women of Virtue in Kakamega and participate in School Health programs in Kakamega.
