Ms. Rose Chepkoech Langat born on 24th April 1983 is an independent member of Council. She is a seasoned education and development professional with strong leadership experience across government, private sector, and non-governmental organizations. She brings deep expertise in information management systems, ICT and e-learning platforms, project and quality management, curriculum development, gender mainstreaming, and land rights. Rose holds a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Kabarak University and a Bachelor of Business Information Systems from Middlesex University, and is a Full Member of the Kenya Institute of Management.

Currently serving as Consulting Manager at Multiface Options Limited, she leads partnership development, project design and implementation, baseline surveys, evaluations, institutional capacity building, and curriculum development for national and international clients. Previously, she contributed to policy and research at the National Land Commission and supported health research systems at KEMRI. A published researcher and conference presenter, Rose is widely respected for results-oriented leadership, mentorship, and her ability to translate research, technology, and policy into impactful education and community development outcomes.
