Lillian is an experienced Medical-Surgical Nurse Lecturer with interest in the management of chronic conditions and the integration of emerging technologies in clinical practice. With a robust clinical background in nursing care, my primary academic and research interests lie at the intersection of Cardiovascular Health, Renal Health and the broader management of Non-Communicable Diseases. In the lecture hall, I embrace evidence-based teaching strategies to bridge the gap between complex physiological theories and hands-on clinical excellence. My goal is to foster a learning environment that prioritizes critical thinking and technological literacy in preparation of nurses who are not only proficient with data-driven decision-making but also with compassionate bedside care
