I am a well presented, self-motivated and confident literature in Kiswahili graduate in Literature courses, with extensive knowledge of how to successfully assess the needs of learners and then develop and implement a suitable curriculum for them. I possess excellent counseling, listening and general communication skills, along with the ability to communicate complex information in a very understandable form to students. I have exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills, all of which are imperative when working in higher learning institutions. More so my academic background is founded on excellent teaching methodology practices and skills used at higher levels to train future teachers.
