Welcome to the Division of Administration, Finance, Planning & Development. The Division of Administration, Finance, Planning, and Development plays a central role in supporting the University’s core mandate of teaching, research, innovation, and community engagement. Through sound governance structures, efficient administrative systems, prudent financial management, and strategic planning, we strive to create an enabling environment that allows academic and non-academic units to perform optimally.

Our focus remains on strengthening institutional systems, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring sustainable utilization of resources in line with national priorities and global best practices. We are committed to compliance with statutory, regulatory, and quality assurance requirements, while continuously improving our internal processes to support operational efficiency and institutional growth. Strategic planning and infrastructure development are guided by a long-term vision aimed at expanding capacity, improving learning and working environments, and fostering innovation and sustainability.
