KAFU Receives Book Donation to Strengthen Education and Community Engagement

Kaimosi Friends University is proud to announce it was among 10 institutions selected as a beneficiary of Maasai Mara University's book donation project, which aimed to distribute over 20,000 books to selected schools, colleges, and universities across the country in an initiative that embodies the values of education, community service, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

The books were officially received by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academics & Student Affairs) of Kaimosi Friends University, Prof. Julius Kipkemboi, and the University Librarian, Ms. Caroline Shikuku.

Prof. Kipkemboi said the donated books will significantly bolster the academic resources available to students and contribute to their holistic development. From textbooks to reference materials, the wide range of subjects covered in the collection will cater to various disciplines taught at the university, and f strengthen research.

The exercise underscores the importance of education as a catalyst for positive change in society. With a firm belief in the transformative power of knowledge, Kaimosi Friends University eagerly embraced this opportunity to enhance its academic resources and extend its commitment to community engagement.
