Council Chairperson Dr. Bernedette Mungai hands the Ag. Vice Chancellor Prof. Ogodo, M.J. Nandi the PC agreement for cascading 

Implementation of Performance Contracting (PC) will be a substantive agenda in the Kaimosi Friends University Council meetings as the governing organ moves to step up productivity.

The reports hitherto tabled before the governing council annually will now be reported quarterly, giving the employer the opportunity to effectively track productivity.

The Council Chairperson Dr. Bernedette Mungai said a new reporting formula pegged on productivity had necessitated the need to have the Council take keener interest in PC implementation. She made the remarks as she signed 2023/24 PC agreements with implementers reporting to various agencies of the National Government on Wednesday 12th October 2022.

The Council signs a performance agreement with the Vice Chancellor, who in turn cascades the same down the university structure for implementation. The aim is to improve service delivery by redirecting public service towards customer focus and result-orientation model of the private world.
